How to order with Lolly Loot

  • Personalise and make it yours

    🍬 Personalised stickers containing your event design or corporate logo and colour themes are available

  • Choose your Lolly Cone layers

    🍬 Choose your lolly layers (up to 3) from our available lollies and your lolly cones will be prepared and sent to you for your special occasion. Choose your bottom, middle and top layers and let us know your choices when ordering.

  • 3 options for receiving your order

    Lolly cones are made to order within 3-5 days of order placement.

How do I receive my order?

Postage, Delivery and Pick Up Information

Postage & Shipping

Shipped via Australia Post (Standard Post) anywhere in Australia. Order will be posted within 1-3 days of order completion and a tracking number and notification will be sent to you upon postage. Delivery times may vary due to Australia Post, please check AusPost website for delays.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and your location, and start at $11.99. Express Post available for an extra fee.

Refer to our Shipping Policy for further information - Lolly Loot is not responsible for any AusPost delays.

Delivery

Hand-Delivered locally in Perth Metro area (within 50km radius of store location only).

Delivery between 6pm - 9pm weekdays and 7am-9pm on Saturday and Sunday. Time will be confirmed with buyer prior to delivery. Must sign on delivery - the order will not be left at the nominated address and must be physically handed to a person and signed for.

Fees:

Within 10km radius of store location = $15 fee.

Within 10km-30km radius of store location = $20 fee.

Within 30-50km radius of store location = $30 fee.

Delivery outside a 50km of store location is not available. Orders must be posted or picked up if your order is outside this radius.

Local Pick-Up

Address for pickup will be advised once order is ready.
Pickups only available 6pm - 8pm on weekdays & 7am-7pm on Saturday and Sunday (times subject to change).

Lolly Loot will confirm available pickup times following order fulfilment. Time and date of pick up must be confirmed by Lolly Loot prior to arrival at premises for pick up. It is the customer's responsibility to choose a suitable pickup time within these available hours.

Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Must sign for your order.

Orders must be picked up within 10 days of the customer receiving notification that the order is ready, unless otherwise arranged with Lolly Loot, or order will be forfeited - refunds will not be given for orders not picked up.
